Our campus is located in a beautiful sprawling wooded area on the east side of Centerville, Indiana.
This makes it a prime location for those living in Richmond and the surrounding areas. It is made up of four separate units, including our newest expansion.
Private Rooms
Semi-Private Rooms
We offer 73 private and 32 semi-private rooms. The private rooms are made available whether you are a private pay, Medicare, or Medicaid patient. Each of our private rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Curated to foster a sense of peace, our campus is placed in a tranquil wooded part of the country. When your loved one is in a peaceful place, they are able to live out a more independent life within the security of our care.
